DEI is deeply important to me because the work helps ensure that every student, staff member, and family feels seen, valued, and respected. Creating a safe and welcoming space where everyone can belong is essential to fostering an environment where individuals can grow, learn, and thrive without fear of exclusion or judgment. When we celebrate and embrace our differences, we build a stronger, more inclusive community where every person feels they have a place and a voice. My commitment is to ensure that our school is a place where diversity is celebrated, equity is prioritized, and inclusion is a practice we live by every day.
